Sweat Level 1
Great for student who is new to yoga or the seasoned yogi who wants to reconnect to pose foundations and strengthen the building blocks of their yoga practice.
Sweat Level 2
Great for all levels. Expect opportunities to practice and learn inversion and arm balances in class.
We recommend a beginner student takes 1-5 Sweat Level 1 classes before jumping into a Sweat Level 2.
Sweat Level 3
Great for students who want to kick it up a notch. Expect opportunities to practice your usual inversions and arm balance PLUS introductions to more advanced tricks and techniques to add to your personal practice.
