Classes are labeled by sweat level on our schedule, so–whether you’re looking to break a serious sweat or, slow down, relax + restore–you find exactly what you’re looking for.
Create Fit + Flow
Sweat Level 2.
Yoga meets techniques like mat pilates, reps, bar and sculpt in a class that will work your core, legs and glutes as you flow through creative sequencing. Expect 10-15 minutes of consistent flow in class. Increase your strength, get toned and gain flexibility; make your body look AND feel great with the best of both worlds. Sweat level 2 classes will include options for arm balances and inversions.
Friday Night High
Sweat level 2.
A Create original. End your Friday right feeling high from head to toe; mentally, spiritual and physically (from the endorphins, of course). Expect a creative workout and extended savasana: move + grove your body, meditate + clear your mind + absorb the bumpin’ & ambient beats of a live DJ as we celebrate the end of the week! We reserve the right to feel good + have fun on Friday night! Sweat level 2 classes will include options for arm balances and inversions.
Create Core Flow
Our signature core flow is a Vinyasa inspired class that syncs breath with movement to get your heart rate going, improves strength and flexibility; expect 10-15 consistent breath to movement flow + 10-15 minutes of focused core work throughout class. Sweat level 2 classes will include options for arm balances and inversions.
Create Yin Yang

A juicy vinyasa inspired breath to movement flow that takes a slower approach on each transition, emphasizes breath, helps you settle into your body and de stress.
