Create Signature Class Styles

Classes are labeled by sweat level on our schedule, so–whether you’re looking to break a serious sweat or, slow down, relax + restore–you find exactly what you’re looking for.

Create Flow

Our signature multi-style influenced Vinyasa flow class will offer at least 20-25 minutes of consistent breath to movement flow + a dynamic sequence intended to increase your flexibility and strength. Sweat level 2 classes will include options for arm balances and inversions.

Create Fit + Flow

Sweat Level 2.
Yoga meets techniques like mat pilates, reps, bar and sculpt in a class that will work your core, legs and glutes as you flow through creative sequencing. Expect 10-15 minutes of consistent flow in class. Increase your strength, get toned and gain flexibility; make your body look AND feel great with the best of both worlds. Sweat level 2 classes will include options for arm balances and inversions.

Friday Night High

Sweat level 2.
A Create original. End your Friday right feeling high from head to toe; mentally, spiritual and physically (from the endorphins, of course). Expect a creative workout and extended savasana: move + grove your body, meditate + clear your mind + absorb the bumpin’ & ambient beats of a live DJ as we celebrate the end of the week!  We reserve the right to feel good + have fun on Friday night! Sweat level 2 classes will include options for arm balances and inversions.

Create Core Flow

Sweat Level 2.
Our signature core flow is a Vinyasa inspired class that syncs breath with movement to get your heart rate going, improves strength and flexibility; expect 10-15 consistent breath to movement flow + 10-15 minutes of focused core work throughout class. Sweat level 2 classes will include options for arm balances and inversions.

Create Yin Yang

A Vinyasa inspired physical practice combined with a gentle restorative, yin practice; this balanced class is designed for you to get your exercise in, release physical tension and de-stress, all in one hour.

Rocket Yoga

Sweat Levels 2 + 3. Check schedule for specific class time sweat level.
Rocket is a dynamic + fast-paced yoga flow, rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga style that follows a set series of poses and offers modifications for each level. Expect to be challenged, gain flexibility + see growth in your practice in the matter of weeks. Sweat level 2 + 3 classes will include options for arm balances and inversions.
*Class may be heated Mondays and Thursdays.

Create Form + Flow

Our signature Create Form + Flow will offer 10-15 minutes of consistent breath to movement flow plus supportive prop use to increase awareness and a deeper understanding of muscle movement and activation. This class helps to increase flexibility and open your body as you release muscular tension and strengthen your knowledge + personal practice. Sweat level 2 classes will include options for arm balances and inversions.

Dharma Yoga

Sweat level 3. Class may be heated.
A packed sequence with a set series of poses that offers challenges + modifications for each level and heats up the body to increase flexibility and allow for maximum growth in practice. Sweat level 3 classes will include arm balances and inversions.

Restorative Yoga

Completely Restorative. Not a sweaty experience.
A 75 minute non-standing restorative yoga class that uses props with slow movement + gentle lying/seated twists to open up your body, relax your muscles, de-stress your mind + help you restore past/current injuries.

Create Slow Flow

Sweat Level 1.
A juicy vinyasa inspired breath to movement flow that takes a slower approach on each transition, emphasizes breath, helps you settle into your body and de stress.

Candlelit Meditation

Meditation. Not a sweaty experience.
A 45 minute guided candlelit meditation that will help you de-stress, increase awareness, let your mind relax + release anxiety.
Blankets + props provided to support whatever position you choose.
